About our TRUMPET lessons
Our trumpet lessons start at age 9 and older, as the trumpet requires a large lung capacity. Our trumpet teachers are highly qualified and have extensive performing experience. We can help students enhance their skills for their school band program or develop advanced skills to become soloists. We also offer trombone, baritone, and tuba lessons.
Our private trumpet lessons are one-on-one instruction, and lesson lengths are 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 1 hour. Private lessons can start anytime, and we only require a 30 days notice to stop classes.

What do you learn in your trumpet lessons?
In trumpet lessons, students will learn fundamentals of theory, technique, reading music, and how to produce a good sound, in addition to learning music of their choice. Our teachers take the time to get to know each student’s goals and will tailor the lessons to them. We have students who want to focus on improving their marching band music and others who want to learn how to improvise and play jazz.
Are your instructors qualified?
Our instructors are highly qualified, holding either a degree in music or very extensive performance and playing ability. For our degreed teachers, they have received their education from prestigious institutions such as the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, The Berklee College of Music, Oberlin College and Conservatory, The Ohio State University, Capital University, and many others. For our instructors with extensive or exceptional performing ability, they are thoroughly vetted by our school owner, Chad Ebert.
In addition to their teaching credentials, our teachers have warm personalities, are extremely friendly and dedicated to teaching you the style of music that you want to learn in your music lessons.
How often are lessons?
30 minutes once per week works the best for most students. If students desire more time, then we recommend doing an hour lesson each week.
